Gustav's is pleased to offer a few gluten free options on our food menu. We are not a gluten-free restaurant and cannot ensure that cross contamination will never occur. Our sandwiches must be prepared on the same grill as our other sandwiches and we do brush the grill but there is still a good risk of cross contamination.
